Shoulder Pads

I teach special education.

I teach 6th grade.

This year I really like my job.

Even though I just yelled at a kid for forgetting my name.

Today I was testing. I read aloud for those students who are low in processing skills or have a disability in a comprehension area.

In the middle of my reading the test aloud I looked up and noticed one of our 6th grades was wearing a blouse. With SHOULDER PADS!

I nearly choked on my tea.
